Tool content is shown to collaborators you invite and to anyone who opens a public Drive link or similar share mechanism you enable. You control those sharing choices.

5. Retention

I keep information as needed to operate the Service and as described in these policies. For Tools specifically:

• Soft-deleted Drive items are permanently removed after the trash retention window (about 30 days).
• Orphaned or unused Idea Board assets may be deleted after a short grace period.
• Drive and Idea Board content on accounts without an active Supporter subscription may be permanently purged after 30 days without an active subscription.
• Tool data tied to your account may be removed if the account is deleted or terminated.

6. Data Security

I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and Tool content. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security. You should not rely on Tools as the sole copy of irreplaceable work—keep your own backups of anything important.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If I learn I have collected such information, I will delete it promptly.
